		<description>I&#039;d certainly vouch for tip 4.  Prototypes do of course create an expectation, but then they also start as a great starting point.  Whether they work or not.  Also, using something really light-weight like Pencil to demonstrate that the prototype isn&#039;t cast in stone and that its about meeting the user&#039;s needs rather than the other way round.</description>
